Terms of Use

Last updated: 1 November 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and DoDaily (Szymon Stasiak, address: ul. Esej 19/55, 01-923 Warszawa, Poland) for using the DoDaily app and this website. By using DoDaily you agree to them.

Who can use DoDaily

You need to be 16 or older. One account is for one person.

Your account

You sign in with Apple, Google or email. Keep your sign-in safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account. You can delete your account any time in Settings › Account › Delete account.

Your content

Your tasks, habits and notes are yours. You let us store and process them only to run DoDaily for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

How DoDaily understands what you type

DoDaily uses AI to sort what you type or dictate into tasks, dates and categories. It can get things wrong. Check anything important, like a date or a time, and fix it if needed. Don't rely on DoDaily alone for anything where a missed reminder could cause harm, such as medication.

Fair use

Don't use DoDaily to break the law, harm others, or try to break or overload the service.

DoDaily Pro

Some features need a paid subscription. How it renews, how to cancel and refunds are in the Subscription Terms.

Changes to the app

We keep improving DoDaily, so features can change. If we ever stop the service, we tell you in advance and give you a way to export your data.

Liability

We work hard to keep DoDaily running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never have errors or downtime. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law where you live.

Ending the agreement

You can stop any time by deleting your account. We may suspend an account that seriously breaks these terms, and we tell you why.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we update the date at the top. If the change matters, we tell you in the app first.

Law

Polish law applies, without taking away the protection of the law where you live if you are a consumer.
